Important information regarding your reservation
Booking Terms & Conditions at the Hotel Reiterhof Wirsberg – Bellevue Spa & Resort
These terms & conditions are meant to provide clarification in both your and our own interests. By booking a room at the Hotel Reiterhof Wirsberg – Bellevue Resort & Spa you accept these conditions.
Rates
The rates include the current sales tax of 19% & 7% and may be changed without prior notice.
The information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
Tourist tax
The city of Wirsberg is a clean air health resort and local hotels are required to charge their guests a daily tourist tax.
Methods of Payment
We accept cash, EC Card, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Diners Card.
Dogs
We charge a fee of 8 € per day if you bring your dog.
The hotel reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee if necessary.
Please bring your own pet blanket or basket. We ask for your understanding that the wellness and beauty areas are off limits to pets.
Garage
Garage space is available at 8 € per day (please request this when making your room reservation).
Single Rooms
The additional fee for single rooms is listed on the price sheet and with the specials.
Children
Rates per night include a breakfast buffet
- Children up to six years stay for free with their parents in the Junior Suite
- Children aged 7-12: 30 € per day and child
- Children aged 13 and over: 40 € per day and child
- On dinner nights, children are welcome to order separately à la carte from the menu
- Another option is to book a breakfast & two-course dinner combo at 10.50 € per day and child
Regular Reservations
If you are booking just a room with breakfast instead of a special program, the regular room rate applies.
Booking Request
The information, description and terms of our correspondence are the basis of the contract. By making your reservation via fax, e-mail, or over the phone you accept the contract. Once we confirm your booking, the contract is binding from our side as well.
Arrival and Departure Times
Please note that your room will be available after 2 p.m. and must be vacated on your day of departure by 11 a.m.
Cancellations must be in writing. Your reservation is guaranteed but can be cancelled at no cost to you up to seven days prior to arrival. If you cancel later, we regretfully have to charge 80% of the rate.
